The goal of Open Top Chambers (OTCs) is to precisely manage and regulate the required CO2, temperature, and humidity inside the OTCs in order to examine how plants react to high CO2 and other gas environments. Open Top Chambers (OTCs) are a novel and economical method for examining how elevated levels of CO2, temperature, and humidity affect plant growth dynamics and yield response. This method uses CO2 gas cylinders to provide the chambers with gas, and manifold gas regulators, pressure pipelines, solenoid valves, CO2 analyzers, and PC-linked supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) to maintain the gas at predetermined levels. VAct technologies provide customized solutions for Open Top Chambers along with complete maintenance support..
